However, to give me an idea as to how I might be able to help you to achieve your running goals in the future, I would be grateful if you could take just a couple of minutes to fill in the questionnaire below. How many years have you been running? (required)

Describe your current training in terms of miles per week, the pace or paces at which you like to train, the length of you longest weekly run, and any cross-training you do (e.g. cycling, gym work).

Do you have any goals? These may include a specific race or series of races, running a Personal Best time over a set distance, increasing the distance over which you want to compete (e.g. stepping up from marathon to ultra-marathon), or simply a desire to get fit!
