    What is your age and how many years have you been running competitively? (required)

    Describe your current training in terms of miles per week, the pace or paces at which you like to train, the length of you longest weekly run, and any cross-training you do (e.g. cycling, gym work).

    Do you have any goals? These may include a specific race or series of races, running a Personal Best time over a set distance, or increasing the distance over which you want to compete (e.g. stepping up from marathon to ultra-marathon).

    If you have competed in any races, please give a brief history of what you consider to be your best performances, and also include any Personal Best times.
